As soon as I receive your order, I will begin processing it. I would aim to dispatch your item within 3 working days, usually sooner. The items listed in my shop are unique and only one is available. If you require two of any item, I will have to make another one and this may take up to 30 days. It may not be identical to the photo as this would be of a specific item. If you have any questions or a particular deadline then please do get in touch prior to purchase.
In the UK all orders are dispatched via Royal Mail’s Small Parcel Second Class Signed for service which will therefore require a signature.

I happily accept returns* or exchanges but please first contact me as soon as possible or within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items must then be returned within 30 days of delivery.
(*Please understand however that unless damaged or faulty, I’m unable to accept returns for personalised orders).
If the packaging of your order is obviously damaged due to postal mishandling, if possible please take clear photos of the damage prior to opening and then once opened please take photos of any subsequent damage caused to your order. This will help me in filing a claim. Likewise, if you believe your item to be faulty, please do get in contact with your concerns also attaching clear photographs of the fault to enable me to find the best way to support you. In either situation above, please contact me by email at email@example.com within 14 days of delivery. If your item needs to be returned the postal cost will also be refunded for damaged or faulty items. Please retain the postal receipt and proof of postage.
• Unless damaged or faulty (see above) buyers are responsible for return postage costs. In all situations, I always recommend using a tracked service.
• Do take care when packaging your item to ensure the item is received unworn and in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Do reuse, if possible, the original packaging.
• Do ensure you obtain proof of postage from your Post Office.
• Do enclose your original invoice or a note with your contact and order details and ensure it is returned within 30 days from the date of delivery to the address below:

Once I have received your return I will process your refund directly via Stripe to the debit/credit card used to purchase the order.

All payments are processed through Stripe and I do not store, nor do I have any access to, any financial details concerned with the transaction.
It is possible to view my site without providing any personal details. However, without your details I will not be able to provide your purchase to you. Your personal details will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.
I will only ask for personal information from you where it is necessary for me to provide your order to you. I will only collect information where it is specifically and knowingly provided by you. For example, I will ask for your name, email and physical address and your telephone number when you make a purchase. I will use this information to process your order. I will also use your contact details to communicate with you. I may occasionally contact you in connection to your account to enable me to manage and fulfil your order correctly. On such an occasion, I will normally try to reach you by telephone or email. I may keep a record of your emails to me to assist in my management of your account with me but I will never disclose them to a third party.
If I ever send you emails about events or other relevant items (unlikely), I will provide a link that you can click on enabling you to “unsubscribe” from promotional emails.
